After returning to Poland in March 2011 we helped a local kitchen in Krakow with new menu items for their spring menu.

Our most recent visit with PACC in January 2011 for a chamber meeting at the Dupage club in the USA. We discussed a new alliance with a local developer.

Nov 3rd - Visit to the CIA. I visited the College in Napa Valley, California. I revisited my culinary roots to refresh and gain further knowledge on the art of Italian bread and Pizza baking. This will help our concept evolve and stay up-to-date with the most effective and high quality methods.

Oct 4th - We attended Octoberfest.

Oct 1st – We have officially changed the name to The Pizza Playhouse or Pizzeria Dom Zabawy. Our company will remain Stonefire Poland.

Sept 2nd to the 13th - Our visit accomplished a great deal of insight for our real-estate venture in Krakow. We will continue to look for new development as it presents itself. Lodz and Katowice have also shown great ability to support our project.

August 2010 - Ted Cutting and associates will be visiting Krakow partners from August the 25th to September the 20th for several key meetings and location identification. Also, we will be finalizing the company registration papers and office location.

July 2010 - Cutting Concepts Corporation has just signed on as operations partner for a second entertainment center as of July, 2010. The New Berlin Ale house is a 55,000 square foot building, located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, with 26 bowling lanes, full service restaurant and bar, outdoor seating and volleyball courts. The unit will generate five million in its fourth year (2011) under our new operations agreement and we expect it to grow from there. We look forward to adding it to our family of entertainment centers!

June 4th, 2010 - Members of Cutting Concepts will be visiting Krakow , Poland for miscellaneous meetings and location advancement for Stonefire until the 14th of June.

May 11th, 2010 - Ted and other American/Polish entrepreneurs looking to get insight on European Union programs for their business to succeed in Poland.

May 5th, 2010 - Ted Cutting and team members will be meeting with dignitaries of both Krakow and Warsaw at the THE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE, DEPAUL UNIVERSITY CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.
